Why am I not able to see the Chat Support?

Answer:
Our Chap Support application uses a JavaScript Engine which may need permission to run in your browser.

Your browser may block this pop up from our web site. You can un-block our web site by following the below steps.

1. First, click on the browser pop up notice underlined below.



2. Then, you will see a dialog box appear as shown in the below picture. Please click on "Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site..."



3. A new Window will pop-up, please click "Yesy" to continue.



4. Congratulations - you are now able to see the Chat Support Window by clicking on one of our Chat Support link.

How do I know if Chat Support is available ?

Answer:
You can see the status of Chat Support staff. The icon on the left hand side of each Chat Support link will indicate the status of our support staff. Chat Support are online during our business hours : - 9:00am-5:00pm However, we may be temporarily offline during breaks or when dealing with peak support issues.
