Upload Your Data Base
Use this page to upload large databases to us. Please ensure that you have correctly prepared the database so we can access it and it is not locally encrypted.

1. Important: Before you upload or email your database, please take a fresh local replica copy of it, and ensure it does not have any Local Encryption on, and that you have adjusted the ACL to include either "Default" as manager or "Yt Admin" as manager. This will allow our support consultants to access, review security and set-up your configuration and managed hosting.

 2. Using File Explorer in Windows, simply drag and drop your database files below, or copy it, then paste into the test area. On completion, notify us immediately so we can move your database to a secure area and review it.

 3. Upon completion, support a support query or call us immediately to move your database to secure area and prepare it for domino hosting.
